Roohollah Etemadi is a PhD candidate at the School of Computer Science at the University of Windsor. He is working under the supervision of Professor Jianguo Lu and Professor Yung H. Tsin. His research interests are mainly in big data analysis, social network analysis, scalable algorithms, approximation algorithms, and sampling methods. His previous research experience has been in the areas of data/web/text mining, and metaheuristic algorithms.
